Introducing…LeMarvin
Like most new artists, R&B singer LeMarvin Harris has been through his share of major label ups and downs.
In just five years, the California native and Navy veteran saw deals with Tracey Edmunds and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis both fall through. Luckily, he bounced back in ‘07 as one of the first signees on the Brookland/Universal Republic imprint and will finally release his debut Confusion in the spring.
The album features production from Keri Hilson’s crew The Clutch and Tank and has a sound reminiscent of J. Holiday or Jaheim. I think slow jams like “Good 4 Nothin” and “Good Ole” are his true niche, but they’ve decided to drop the more upbeat hood track “Around My Way” featuring The Game as the first single.
Listen to it below and tell us if LeMarvin has what it takes to make it big.

Thank you so much for your support of new artists. I’ll send you the next single shortly. We are making a video slide show for the song now. It is called Too Many Patrons!
I think you may know a thing about that. I know i do.
