Real music fans don’t mind being surrounded by other creative expressions influenced by the sounds they love, and these paintings by L.A.-based artist Steven Lopez are simply dope.

In “After Midnight,” Lopez fuses his loves of art and music to create stunning interpretations of Jill Scott, India Arie, Sade, Erykah Badu and more. He’ll be signing limited edition prints along with Badu herself in Dallas on March 24, and you can also purchase them exclusively at aftermidnightsoul.com.
