Is it just us or is Beyonce about four months too late jumping on the “A Milli” bandwagon? It’s always been our pet peeve when singers try to rap (or vice versa), and the Beyonce as B-girl thing just isn’t working. We love you, but leave the street-corner thuggin’ to Jay, please.

Fabolous dropped a bomb on a recent YouTube video: “We got a Best of Both Worlds with Ne-Yo comin…Uhhh!”

My sentiments exactly. “Make Me Better” was cool, but do we really need 15-20 of those? Although they haven’t started recording yet, Fab says that the project is definitely in the planning stages.

Toni Braxton will appear alongside Lance Bass, Kim Kardashian, and Susan Lucci on the 7th season premiere of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” tonight.

What the singer really needs is to get back into the recording studio. Unlike every artist and his mama who cries poor promotion whenever their albums don’t sell, in Toni’s case, that may actually be true. She had some really nice songs on both Libra (2005) and More Than a Woman (2002), but they both bricked anyway.  (more…)

I give Puffy credit where it’s due. His entertainment empire has inspired legions of people to trade in their day jobs in hopes of making skillions of dollars doing what they love. And whenever he’s on MTV, VH1, PBS, whatever, I’m watching ’cause dude makes great T.V. HOWEVER, Mr. Combs really needs to learn when to sit his ass down sometimes.

By now, you should’ve heard “Swagger Like Us” from T.I.’s Paper Trail. With a bananas beat, Kanye, T.I., Lil’ Wayne, and Jay-Z guest starring, and a can’t-get-it-out-your-head hook from M.I.A., it is a bonafide banger.

And here comes Diddy. These ”hey, look at me!” antics are getting really tired.
