Over 6 years after her death, the final album from Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes will be released on November 11 through Mass Appeal Entertainment and Koch Rechords, reports XXLmag.com. Eye-Legacy will feature unreleased material from Left Eye and collaborations with Missy Elliott, Lil’ Mama, and Bobby Valentino.

It’s hilarious that after a stalled career on Def Jam — almost 10 years ago — Lady Luck is still battling folks for attention. God bless her. She must really love hip-hop. Her latest challenger is Reece Steele, the winner from VH1’s “Miss Rap Supreme.”

I feel bad for these female rappers, because honestly no one cares about them anymore. Eve had ‘em shaking their tambourines, album never came out. Lil’ Mama got lots of press and video play from “Lip Gloss,” the CD went wood in the hood. (more…)
