Go ‘head Uncle Charlie! Beyonce, Jamie Foxx and India Arie also hold strong in the Top 10 at the number five, six and seven spots respectively. LeMarvinLike most new artists, R&B singer LeMarvin Harris has been through his share of major label ups and downs.

In just five years, the California native and Navy veteran saw deals with Tracey Edmunds and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis both fall through. Luckily, he bounced back in ‘07 as one of the first signees on the Brookland/Universal Republic imprint and will finally release his debut Confusion in the spring.
